At this time, all bookings are managed through Airbnb or handled personally by our team. When booking through Airbnb, guests agree to Airbnb’s terms and conditions in addition to our own house rules.
If you prefer to book directly, please contact us by phone or email — we’ll be happy to confirm availability and rates with you. By making a reservation, guests agree to abide by our house policies, which may include cancellation terms, check-in/check-out times, and guidelines for respectful guest conduct.
To ensure the safety and security of our guests and property, we require all guests to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. A copy of this ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) will be taken and stored securely. This is standard procedure for all reservations.

Main Street Estate does not allow pets on the property.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), only trained service animals that perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities are permitted. Animals that provide emotional support, companionship, or comfort — but are not trained service animals under ADA guidelines — are not allowed.
